Sending the form reserves nothing and guarantees nothing. Shortlists depend on what is actually available at the time and on the criteria you state.

After you send the brief

What to expect, and when

You get a written shortlist plan, not a promise of instant matches. The timings below assume a complete brief: neighborhood, size, infrastructure and budget.

  1. Reply within one business day

    Requests sent Monday to Friday before 17:00 Kyiv time are answered the same day. Weekend messages are picked up on the next business day.

  2. Shortlist prepared in two to three business days

    We check live availability against your criteria and send a short list with district notes, floor, layout and asking price for each address.

    2 to 3 days

  3. Viewings scheduled around your week

    Once you confirm the addresses, we arrange access with the owner or developer and group viewings by district so travel time stays short.

    2 to 5 days

  4. Availability reconfirmed before every visit

    An apartment can be sold or withdrawn between the shortlist and the viewing. We call to reconfirm each address before you leave home.

Fees before work

Commission and service costs are confirmed in writing first

Nothing is charged on assumption. Before a search begins you receive a written summary of the agency commission, what it covers, and any additional service costs. The same summary is confirmed again before a transaction.

  1. Agency commission

    Given as a fixed percentage of the purchase price, with the calculation shown on a sample figure so the sum is clear before you commit to anything.

  2. Additional services

    Extended shortlisting, repeat viewing rounds, or negotiation support outside the agreed brief are quoted as separate line items, each with its own price and scope.

  3. Third-party costs

    Notary, state registration, and valuation charges are set by the providers who perform them. We list them so they are not mistaken for our fee.

  4. No start fee

    Reviewing your brief and preparing an initial shortlist carries no charge. Payment terms appear only in the written agreement you sign.
