These terms govern use of cloudstyorage.com and our independent apartment-search advisory service. They are not a public offer and do not guarantee apartment availability.

2. Scope of service
We provide independent apartment-search advisory services: needs assessment, shortlists, viewing coordination, and general rental or purchase guidance. We are not the owner, landlord, developer, or a state agency. We do not guarantee property availability, price, terms, or results. General real-estate brokerage is not a licensed activity in Ukraine; valuation activity is separately regulated and is not offered here.
We provide clear information about the service, price, terms, and complaint procedure before contracting, per Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' dated 12.05.1991.
3. Website use
You agree to use the website lawfully, provide accurate information, and not misuse contact channels, scrape content, or interfere with security. Advertising is identifiable and must not be misleading about services, prices, availability, agency status, or results, under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising' dated 03.07.1996.
4. Personal data and cookies
We process personal data under Law of Ukraine No. 3728-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 25.10.2024.
