2. Data we collect

• Contact data: name, phone number, email address.
• Search preferences: budget, district, rooms, timing, your notes.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, cookie identifiers.

Please do not submit special categories of data, or third-party contact details without their consent.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

We use your data to answer your enquiry, select property offers, arrange viewings, conclude and perform the brokerage contract, meet accounting and tax duties, and prevent fraud. Grounds: your consent, steps taken at your request before contracting, performance of a contract, and legal obligations, under Law of Ukraine No. 3728-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 25.10.2024, Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015 and Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' dated 12.05.1991.

4. Consent

Lead-form data is collected only after you tick the consent box and submit the form. Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time by writing to contact@cloudstyorage.com; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

5. Cookies

Non-essential cookies and similar storage need your prior consent and require clear information with an easy refusal or withdrawal, per Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' dated 16.12.2020 and Law of Ukraine No. 3728-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 25.10.2024.

6. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for 24 months from the last contact unless a contract is signed; contractual and accounting records are kept for the statutory periods, then deleted or anonymised.

7. Sharing

We share data with property owners and developers, IT and hosting providers, accountants and notaries under confidentiality terms, and with state authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

8. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent by emailing contact@cloudstyorage.com. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

9. Advertising

Listings on this site are identifiable as advertising and are not misleading about services, prices, availability, agency status or results, per Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 03.07.1996.
