How it works
Every stage has a defined output, so you know what you receive before the next one starts.
We put your preferred neighborhoods, apartment size, must-have infrastructure, and purchase budget into one written brief. Anything outside the brief stays out of the search.
Each neighborhood is checked against your criteria: transport, shops, schools, parks, and the housing stock that actually matches your budget range.
You receive a shortlist with the address area, floor, size, price, and the reason each apartment made the cut. Availability is verified at the time of review.
Viewings are scheduled in a single route where possible, and we record what you liked or rejected so the next shortlist gets sharper.
We help you compare offers, question the price, and check the documents before you commit. The final decision and signature are always yours.
Next: see what to prepare for the first call, or send your criteria through the search brief form.
Before the search
A written brief keeps the shortlist short. Bring these six answers to your first call and we can start filtering apartments the same week.
The total you can spend and how much of it is your own funds. Tell us if a mortgage is planned, because that changes which listings are realistic for you.
Name two or three neighborhoods you like and one you would avoid. If you commute daily, note where to, so we can weigh transport time against price.
State the room count you need and whether a separate kitchen or a studio layout is acceptable. A spare room for guests or a home office is worth mentioning early.
Give a floor and a ceiling rather than a single figure. A range of ten to fifteen square meters usually keeps a good number of apartments in the list.
Metro within walking distance, a school or kindergarten, a clinic, parking, a park. Rank them, since not every building can satisfy the full set.
Say when you would like to close and who else takes part in the decision. Viewings move faster when everyone who signs is in the same conversation.
