2. Agency commission
Our commission is disclosed in the written service agreement before you instruct us. The rate, calculation base, payer (seller, buyer or both) and payment trigger are stated there. No commission is charged unless the agreed service and trigger occur. Changes require your written consent.
3. Service fees and mandatory payments
Optional services are priced separately and shown before you order. Fees are quoted in UAH; VAT is not charged unless expressly stated (single tax payer). No undisclosed mandatory agency payment is collected before a written agreement and fee disclosure.
4. Additional buyer costs
Third-party costs are not agency fees. They may include notary fees, state registration, technical inventory, independent valuation where required, taxes and bank charges. These are payable to the relevant provider or authority; final amounts are set by them and by law.
5. Advertising and limits
Listings are identifiable as advertising. We do not guarantee a sale, purchase, price or timeline. General real-estate brokerage is not a licensed activity in Ukraine; valuation activity is separately regulated. We do not claim state-agency status or official certification.
6. Complaints and legal basis
Send fee complaints to contact@cloudstyorage.com; we respond in writing. Your statutory rights are unaffected. This disclosure follows Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015, Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' dated 12.05.1991, Law of Ukraine No. 3728-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 25.10.2024, Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' dated 16.12.2020, and Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising' dated 03.07.1996.
